Amy is an international real estate advisor with over 8 years of professional experience, including more than 4 years specializing in the Amsterdam and Randstad housing markets. Originally from New York City, she relocated to the Netherlands after building a successful career in the U.S. real estate industry. In New York, she was a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Douglas Elliman, the #1 brokerage firm in NYC. She was a key contributor on a Top 1% producing team and earned the Pinnacle Club Award, the company’s highest distinction.
Today, Amy leverages her combined U.S. and Dutch real estate experience to help expats, international professionals, locals, and relocating families successfully navigate the Amsterdam and greater Randstad rental markets. With expertise in relocation support, rental home searches, contract guidance, and competitive bidding environments, she ensures her clients are fully prepared and positioned to secure the right home. Known for her clear communication and genuine care for her clients, she provides hands-on support and trusted guidance, helping them feel confident and well-supported throughout the Dutch housing process.
Outside of real estate, Amy enjoys boxing, attending live music concerts, and staying active while exploring new experiences.
