With several years of international real estate experience spanning the Netherlands and the United States, including major markets like New York City and the Washington D.C. Metro Area, we bring with us a wealth of knowledge and expertise. As fellow expats, we've walked in your shoes, faced similar challenges, and asked the same questions.

The Story Behind Our Mission

We know firsthand the excitement and challenges that come with relocating to a new country. When we made the life-changing decision to move to the Netherlands, we encountered obstacles we never anticipated. The most difficult of these was finding a home, due to the limited supply of housing and the high competition of the market.

Driven by our own experiences and the growing concerns of our clients, we decided to team up and start our own rental agency. At Expat Home Finders, our goal is to provide expats and locals with the personalized support and expertise required to successfully navigate the Dutch housing market.

Meet Anna!

Anna has lived in the Netherlands for over 20 years and began her career in the sales operations team at Elsevier BV. With more than five years of real estate experience, she now helps internationals & locals navigate the Dutch rental market, by guiding them through the complexities of the Dutch rental market and ensuring they are well-informed and confident. Alongside this, she combines her operational and real estate experience to make the entire process smooth & transparent for her clients.

Meet Amy!

Amy relocated to the Netherlands from New York City, bringing with her extensive knowledge and experience from the U.S. real estate market. As a New York City Licensed Real Estate Agent with Douglas Elliman, the #1 brokerage firm in NYC, she thrived on a Top 1% producing team and earned the prestigious Pinnacle Club Award, the highest accolade in the company.

Amy has continued her passion for real estate by helping expats successfully navigate the Dutch housing market, bringing over four years of experience. Specializing in relocation and rental home search processes, she ensures that her clients are not only well-prepared but also positioned to succeed in the fast-paced and competitive rental market.

Outside of her work, Amy enjoys boxing and attending live music concerts to stay healthy and explore new experiences.
